Our Special K 2 week Challenge Starts Tomorrow!
My Husband & I, decided to start the Special K 2 week Challenge. We officially start tomorrow. The Special K 2 week Challenge is suppose to be a kick off to a great start. We have been seeing so many of the Special K commercials for the Special K 2 week Challenge, that I finally gave in to my Husband and agreed to start with him.

What is the Special K 2 week Challenge??
The Special K 2 week Challenge is pretty simple to follow.
- For 2 weeks, start the day with Special K cereal or Protein shake for breakfast.
- For your 2nd Meal ,enjoy a second bowl for lunch , or choose one of their protein bars or protein shakes.
- The 3rd meal you choose a nutritionally well-balanced meal. (This can be Lunch or dinner)
- You are allowed to snack on fruits and vegetables throughout the day.
- You can enjoy one of their Special K snack bars for a morning or afternoon snack.
- Drinking plenty of water.
- Exercise! Special K doesn’t list a specific amount of exercise for this challenge, but they do offer tips.
Does the Special K 2 week Challenge work?
Since we are just starting our Special K 2 week Challenge tomorrow, we aren’t sure how it will work for us! But we are willing to give it a try! My Husband has been wanting to try this for a couple months now. The Special K website itself, has allot of positive information and research that is worth reading.
