A different type of bread, and different shape for your favorite fruit and booom, boring becomes fun and interesting
No cook/no bake cookie dough balls
Ingredients
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup rolled oats
1.5 table spoons maple syrup (or honey)
1 Tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
instructions
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process for a few minutes, until doughy consistency forms. It may still seem a bit crumbly, but will feel like dough when you press it.
Form and press into inch-sized balls.
Refrigerate or enjoy immediately!
