What I Eat in a Day as a Model | Healthy Summer Recipes & Intermittent Fasting | Sanne Vloet

Hi guys!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Yesterday I shared some exciting news on my Instagram Stories!

Upcoming weeks I will be spending in the south of Italy, in the region Puglia, with the two super talented Michelin star Chefs Floriano Pellegrino and Isabella Poti in their restaurant Bro’s . I am gonna learn about the Italian cuisine, cooking techniques, flavors and hopefully much more! I am so excited for this new adventure!

The reason why this felt like a big decision for me was because it felt like I had to leave a lot of this behind in the states. Travel is not as easy at the moment but this was an opportunity I couldn’t say no to!

I was kinda nervous and exciting for this trip but while I was in the car on the way to the airport I took a deep breath and just realized how much fun new adventures are and how much I can learn and grow as a person.

I arrived last night and it started off with a feast pizza dinner in the restaurant. IT WAS DELICIOUS! WAUW, I am so happy to be back in Italy. Anyway for todays video I have another What I eat in a Day with some of my favorite summer recipes. You have seen on my Instagram stories that we have been eating taco’s at least 3 times a week and today I am sharing my favorite recipe with you guys.

Breakfast:
– 1 cup sautéed kale
– 2 poached eggs
– ½ avocado
– Trader’s Joe everyday seasoning
– ½ cup brown rice

Avocado chocolate smoothie
– ½ avocado
– 1 cup frozen spinach
– 1 cup Almond Milk
– 1 tbsp cacao powder
– 1 tbsp coconut oil
– ¼ tsp Cinnamon
– Pinch of salt
– 1 Block Hu Kitchen dark chocolate

Dinner
– Almond flour wraps from Siete
– Coconut flour wraps from The Real Coconut Collabartive

Cilantro Halibut:
– 1 pound fresh Halibut
– 1 cup of fresh Coriander
– Tbsp cumin
– 1 tbsp vegan butter
– 2 gloves garlic
– 2 limes ( zest + juice)
