So you guys wanted more cooking videos and here you have one! I filmed what I took to uni for four days to give you some recipes plus some general ideas of some snacks and things to take with you! Recipies

Soba Noodle Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Ginger
1/4 cup peanut butter
Pinch coriander
2-3 Tbsp water
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp soy sauce
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tbsp lime juice

Caesar Sauce
1/2 cup soaked cashews (boiling water 1hr)
1/4 cup water
2tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (vegan, i used spring valley)
2 tsp capers
salt and pepper to taste

Tempeh Marinade
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 garlic cloves

Easy Egg Salad Recipe | Summer Recipes | The Sweetest Journey

Learn how to make an easy and simple egg salad for a delicious summer lunch.

Ingredients:

8 Eggs
1 Cup Celery, Minced
1/3 Cup Onion, Minced
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise (2oz./60ml)
1.5 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard (1/4oz. / 7ml)
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
Salt, To Taste

Directions:

Place eggs in a pot with enough water to cover them completely. Bring to a boil and cook until eggs are cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove eggs and let cool. Peel and cut eggs into small dice.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, celery and onion. Add the mayonnaise and mustard, and mix well. Season with the garlic powder, add salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss until combined.
