This is one of my favourite healthy vegan snacks, and it’s easy enough to make in your dorm room as light lunch or a late night snack. These avocado toasts are a delicious but healthy way to get you through your studies, and keep you out of that awful cafeteria.
Learn how to make: Basic Cheesy Avocado Toast, Bruschetta Avocado Toast and Middle Eastern Zatar Hummus Toast.

NOODLE BOWL:
– Vegan noodle package (or low sodium noodles of your choice)
– 1 1/4 cup of water
– 1 cup of veggies. I used broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms! Yumm!
– Boil water with broccoli, add all ingredients and cook for 2 mintues! Voila!
Sweet & Salty Chips:
– Multigrain chips
– Jam of your choice
– Cheese of your choice
Fruit Lemonade:
– 2 cups of fruit
– 1 cup of water
– 1/4 of lemon juice, or lemon juice to tase
– 2 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice
– Blend it up & enjoy!!
