THE SMOOTHIE RECIPES:

Sara Lynn’s Strawberry Surprise
Serves 2

1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 small beet, cooked
1/3 cup canned white beans, drained and rinsed 
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup milk of choice (let’s use almond milk)

Beth’s Lovely Lavender Smoothie
Serves 2

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 cup milk
1 tsp lavender
1 tsp honey

Sara Lynn’s Mango Morning
Serves 2

1 cup mango, fresh or frozen
1/2 sweet potato, cooked
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp ground cardamom

Beth’s Almond Faux Latte
Serves 2

1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Almond Butter
½ date
1/4 tsp nutmeg
pinch of salt

3 minutes on soup setting. Garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon!
