► CINNAMON AIR-POPPED POPCORN:
½ cup popcorn kernels
cooking spray
cinnamon
Pop popcorn in air-popper or on the stove (or use your favorite method).
Spray the popcorn lightly, sprinkle cinnamon, and toss to coat. You can also add sugar or sweetener if preferred!

Perfect meals for back to school! We’re making scones, easy chicken chili, potato salad and rice balls! Super quick and yummy!

Ingredients
Chocolate Chip Scones:
¾ cup heavy cream, cold
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ cup + 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp heavy cream
Freshly whipped cream
jam
Chicken Chili:
2 tbsp olive oil
½ large onion, minced
1 stalk celery, minced
½ carrot, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1lb ground chicken
2 cups canned red kidney beans, drained
26 oz can crushed tomatoes
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Sour cream
grated cheddar cheese
bread rolls
Potato Salad:
2 lb potatoes, peeled, sliced into ½-inch slices
salt
3 hard-boiled egg yolks
½ cucumber, seeds removed and finely diced
1/2 tsp salt
½ cup frozen corn, defrosted
a pinch of black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Rice Balls:
2 lb potatoes, peeled, sliced into ½-inch slices
salt
