Healthy Summer Breakfast Recipe Ideas!

1/4 cup applesauce
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/4 cup almond meal
dark chocolate *optional
Açaí Bowl
1/2 banana
1 cup coconut water
2 packs unsweetened açaí packs
– top with fruit, granola, honey, agave ANYTHING! –
Banana Split
1 banana cut down middle
yogurt – coconut, greek, etc.
granola and fruit topping
Sweet Strawberry Jam
2 cups strawberries
3 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs maple syrup or honey
squirt of lemon
– let sit in fridge 3-4 hours or best results overnight –

Milk – 1 liter
Unsweetened Khoa – 150 gms
Sugar – 1 cup
Pistachio
A few Cardamom pods
Saffron in Milk
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Method
1. In a wide saucepan, pour in the milk. Keep stirring and let it thicken.
2. Add khoa & pistachios in the milk and leave it to thicken a bit.
3. Add sugar and let it boil for about 20 minutes.
4. Then add saffron and cardamom powder.
5. Dilute 1 tsp of cornflour in a cup of water and add this to the boiling mixture.
6. Turn off the stove when you get the right pouring consistency. Let it cool.
7. Pour it into kulfi moulds and Freeze it for about 12 hours.

Ingredient:
Curd/yoghurt-250 gm(1 cup)
Water(cold/chilled)-2 glass
Green chilli-1
Black salt(kala namak)-1 tsp
Salt-1 tsp or as per taste
Mint leaves(chopped)-1/3 cup
Coriander leaves(chopped)-1/3 cup
Black pepper (crushed/grounded)-1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
(Roast the cumin seeds for 2 minutes on medium
flame and grind it )

– 1 tsp Mustard Paste

– 1/4 cup Olive Oil
– 1/2 cup Cucumber (diced)
– 1/3 cup Tomatoes (diced)
– 1/4 cup Onions (sliced)
– 3 tbsp Curled Parsley (chopped)
– 1 tbsp Basil Leaves (shredded)
– 3 cup Cooked Rice
– 1/2 cup Fresh Pomegranate Arils
