One of my favorite summer soups is tomato-based gazpacho. It’s refreshing, flavor-packed, with a rich, smooth texture. It’s incredibly easy to make, with just a few simple ingredients.
Just like gazpacho, cucumber soup is packed with fresh garden flavors, requires no cooking, and takes only a few minutes to prepare. Both cucumber soup and gazpacho make a wonderful first course or a pretty appetizer.
