I actually love all three, and rotate through them. Don’t be afraid to eat healthy carbs! They are really important, especially to get your day started. Breakfast Breakdown:
1. Eggs & Oats
-1 whole egg
-3 tablespoons of egg whites
-sea salt
2. Green eggs & veggies
-1 whole egg
-3 tablespoons of egg whites
-1 handful of fresh spinach
-1 zucchini
-3 vine tomatos
-1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
3. Green Smoothie
-1 handful of fresh spinach
-1/4 cup of coconut milk unsweetened
-1 scoop of any vanilla protein power
-1 fresh peach
-1 medium sized banana

NOODLE BOWL:
– Vegan noodle package (or low sodium noodles of your choice)
– 1 1/4 cup of water
– 1 cup of veggies. I used broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms! Yumm!
– Boil water with broccoli, add all ingredients and cook for 2 mintues! Voila!
Sweet & Salty Chips:
– Multigrain chips
– Jam of your choice
– Cheese of your choice
Fruit Lemonade:
– 2 cups of fruit
– 1 cup of water
– 1/4 of lemon juice, or lemon juice to tase
– 2 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice
– Blend it up & enjoy!!
