Too bad that isn’t always the best choice ); So here’s some healthy alternatives that you can snack on! Apple chips, chickpea hummus, and roasted chickpeas. They all only require 2-3 steps to make!

Lunch Wraps

Turkey Club Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce
4 slices turkey
½ avocado
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 slices bacon, cooked
1 tbsp ranch dressing

Sweet Potato Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce
¼ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup roasted sweet potato
½ red bell pepper, cut into strips
½ avocado
sliced red onion

Buffalo Chicken Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce
½ cup cooked chicken, shredded
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 carrot, julienned
1 celery rib, julienned
¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled

Smoked Salmon Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
¼ cup cream cheese
1 tsp prepared horseradish
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
½ English cucumber, finely sliced
2-3 radishes, finely sliced
sliced red onion

Western Breakfast Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce
4 slices ham
2 eggs, scrambled
½ bell pepper, chopped
sliced red onion
