Prep Time: 30 minutes
Serves : 10-12 pcs

Ingredients:

Vegetable Dahi Sandwich
200 gm hung curd
½ cup boiled chopped carrots
½ cup boiled green beans
¼ cup chopped yellow peppers
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp oregano
2 tsp chopped coriander
Salt to taste
4 slices of brown bread
2 tsp Butter
Pinch of black pepper

For Aloo tikki
250 gm Boiled potatoes
¼ cup chopped carrots
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped onions
¼ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of black pepper
2 tsp chopped coriander
3 tsp bread crumbs

Method:
1. For the vegetable dahi sandwich, take all the ingredients besides the butter & brown bread in a bowl & mix well.
2. Now take a slice of bread to add a generous amount of the mixture & top with another piece of bread.
3. Spread some butter on the top side of the bread & grill either on a tava of sandwich bread till its golden brown.
4. Cut & serve with fruit, chips & dry fruits
5. Now For the Aloo tikki, take all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well & form tikkis
6. Pan fry till golden on both sides & remove
7. Pack with some chutney, fruits, chips & dry fruits.
8. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
