My kids are headed back to school soon so I’m coming up with a bunch of kid approved, easy keto meals. This is PART 1 of the easy keto breakfast edition. These keto breakfast recipes can be made ahead of time or they can be made on the fly. Even if you don’t have keto kids, these recipes are perfect if you are just looking for some simple & quick keto breakfast ideas or if you are trying to decrease the amount of sugar your kids consume.

In this video, you will learn how to make keto chia pudding, keto smoothies, keto cereal, keto granola, keto bagels, and keto pancakes. I know…it’s a lot of keto. But I know you will find these useful!

CHOCOLATE KETO CHIA PUDDING RECIPE

¼ cup avocado
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
2 T Swerve or sweetener of choice
1 ½ cups nut milk or heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
Optional: ½ teaspoon ground espresso

Add all ingredients to a blender & blend. Then it’s ready!

KETO BAGEL RECIPE:
10 oz mozzarella cheese
1 egg
5 oz almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Mix together almond flour and baking powder and set aside.
Melt cheese in the microwave at 30 second intervals until melted. Add the egg to the cheese and beat with a mixer. Slowly add in the almond flour mixture and beat until roughly combined.
Continue kneading the dough out on a lightly almond floured surface until fully combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Form the dough into a large log shape and cut into 8 equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a snake shape and pinch ends together to form a bagel shape. Bake at 325 for 17 to 25 minutes
