hello!! so i am super excited about today’s video! i tried about 7 recipes that would be perfect as either breakfast ideas or snack ideas for when we’re doing school work online all day. i know this year will be a little different with a lot of people taking their classes online (including me) so i hope these will be helpful! let me know if you try any of them!

Breakfast Breakdown:
1. Eggs & Oats
-1 whole egg
-3 tablespoons of egg whites
-sea salt
2. Green eggs & veggies
-1 whole egg
-3 tablespoons of egg whites
-1 handful of fresh spinach
-1 zucchini
-3 vine tomatos
-1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
3. Green Smoothie
-1 handful of fresh spinach
-1/4 cup of coconut milk unsweetened
-1 scoop of any vanilla protein power
-1 fresh peach
-1 medium sized banana
